Billy Joel "Piano Man"
Billy Joel - "Piano Man" was originally released in 1973, but remains one of his most popular songs. It was his first big hit, and according to iTunes, it's still the most-downloaded Billy Joel song! Billy Joel is such a prolific songwriter and has had so many hits, it's hard to imagine that he was once a struggling pianist and songwriter. The good news for piano players? "Piano Man" is in the key of C. :-) Although many people search online for free copies of the "Piano Man" sheet music, the song is under copyright. If you do find it online, somewhere other than a reputable source authorized to sell the sheet music (digital or print), it's illegal. Sheet music is inexpensive and nowadays is available for instant download. Don't support people who illegally copy and post sheet music! OK, I understand you might want the music really quick. I'm one of those instant-gratification folks myself. In fact, there's not much sheet music I don't buy digitally anymore for that very reason! Have you tried digital sheet music? It's really cool!
